Higher education is at the top of every developed country’s priorities for its direct and deep impacts upon community development and progress. It’s a key element in the sustainable development process that witnessed by our homeland in almost all fields. Education sector does not signify as a consumption service only, but it represents a productive investing sector, in a direct or indirect way, that higher education is one of the basic ingredients for comprehensive social and economic development. Furthermore, the progress of communities is based on the exter and quality of educational outcomes. There is no doubt that enrichment of educational environment must be based on strong foundations. To build such an environment, King Saud university vice-rectorate for Educational and Academic affairs is paying sustained efforts to develop the students’ proficiency, vocational and moral and skills components. This is achieved through a number of mechanisms such as; provide in a high standard academical and educational capabilities, provide educational opportunities for Saudi people, invest all available resources to promote the society and to achieve the development aspirations which we are seeking and pursuing for by our rational leadership. Higher education is growing gradually according to predefined plans and strategies and as a result of the due care and staunch support by our rulers, Allah save them, which motivate employees to achieve their goals and development. All these movements will result in better outcomes from higher education field and development of our beloved kingdom for towards progress and prosperity.
