Page Content  This department is responsible for:
- Loading the new ready-made educational software to make it user-friendly
- Solving the technical problems for the academic users
- Regularly testing systems, packets and programs to insure their safety
- Arranging training courses for the academicians in different software systems, languages and packets
- Monitoring Internet activity
- Receiving phone calls concerning technical problems through the Help Desk system and forwarding them to the appropriate divisions in the deanship
