This committee is associated with the tasks assigned to programs that provide graduate education in parallel by two institutions, two key University at the Deanship of Graduate Studies and colleges that offer these programs. Accordingly, the allocation of tasks have been assigned for each according to its competence to ensure the functioning of these programs and follow-up to be able to provide quality that meet the objectives of the university. Taking into account to regulate the progress of work in each jurisdiction it was suggested that the composition of the committees to pursue these programs within the faculties, departments and the Deanship of Graduate Studies is responsible for monitoring and controlling aspects of academic, technical and regulatory education parallel. Dean is working to implement a list of education programs and follow-up control over the submission, acceptance and academic areas related to them.

 

 
 

 

·    Follow up formal procedures according to the regulation of the establishment and provision of courses provided by the parallel system of education.

·    Implementation of controls academic, technical and financial shown Rules of parallel education

  • Coordination with the colleges that offer education programs parallel with respect to:  
    • Receipt of the tables before the start of the program of study far well in advance.
    • Receiving the lists of people accepted from the college well in advance.
    • Receiving the lists of distribution of male and female students well in advance.  
    • Receive lists of faculty members involved in teaching in the college.
    • Make sure the start of lectures and distribution of rooms and faculty members before the program started well in advance.
    • Follow-up reports received from the college in each end of each semester.
