Tasks of Deputies

Tasks of the deputy heads of Quality in the colleges:

  1. To foster the concept of quality and to disseminate its culture at the level of college or Deanship. 
  2. To supervise the implementation of the quality program in the college or deanship. 
  3. To supervise the performance evaluation in the college or deanship.
  4. To supervise the implementation of the evaluation and academic accreditation program. 
  5. To supervise the preparation and implementation of the development and strategic plans for the College or Deanship. 
  6. To supervise the implementation of the electronic technological programs (whether the college site on the Internet, the electronic education or distance learning, e-government ...... etc.)
  7. To identify any difficulties or problems facing the development and quality programs and to suggest solutions to them.
  8. To supervise the implementation of the Excellence Awards Programme on the performance of teaching, research or career at the college or deanship level.
  9. To identify the specialized training needs for faculty members in the academic departments in the college and to coordinate with the Skills Development Deanship for their implementation.
  10. To urge and encourage faculty members to attend training programs and courses and workshops offered by the Deanship of Skills Development.
  11. Any issues relevant to development and quality referred to them
