Tasks of the Academic Affairs Unit:
1. Supervision and follow-up of all academic guidance units at colleges.
2. The TV transmission unit in the center is linked to it; the timetables of female supervisors are distributed to the courses of Arabic and Islamic Culture.
3. Supervision of entry and exit gates of female students.
4. (Examination Committee), the courses which are taught outside the center are distributed to colleges, the examination sheets of the university requirement courses are received and handed to colleges, and then the answer sheets are handed to course professors.
5. The courses equivalency are decided by the departments and accredited by the female supervisor, and sent to the Deanship of Admission and Registration in Malaz.
6. Receiving the class name lists and distributing them to departments.
7. Collecting the payments of the university ID replacement and handing the payments to the university representative against a receipt.
8. Collecting the rental payments of female students' boxes and handing the rental payments to the female supervisor.
9. Receiving, auditing, and signing the forms of result modifications by the female supervisor and sending them to the Deanship of Admission and Registration for implementation/ Dr. Haila Al-Oudan.
10. Dividing the periods of absence into two periods, first and second (deprivation), and sending copies to the deputies of colleges and faculty members of Arabic, Islamic Culture, and English language, and receiving them again and directing them in the second period to the councils of the colleges so that they can issue the lists of those deprived.
11. Following up the provision of buses for the female faculty members who teach at King Khaled University Hospital and human departments (letter for transportation unit) in Malaz, and transporting female students from and to the university in case of an activity made by the activities unit at the departments or an activity concerning the practical training on some courses at colleges.
12. Receiving the transfer periods from colleges inside and outside departments, announcing them, providing colleges with the deadlines, receiving the transfer forms again and directing them to the academic committee, and then to the Deanship of Admission and Registration. 13. The Unit of Direction and Guidance is linked to the Administration of Female Students Affairs. The tasks of this unit are concerned with the supervising female students in the squares, following up female students' behaviors in the squares and inside the buildings for commitment with the uniform and avoidance of gathering at the classrooms, and then providing the Administration of Female Students Affairs with the remarks to address them.
14. Following up the female security staff in terms of dividing their shift schedules, attendance, leave, and permissions in cooperation with the director of the security unit in the center.
15. The compilation of the different academic situations of female students which are as follows:
· Leave of absence during the irregular period.
· Re-registration.
· Applying for study suspension.
· Applying for getting opportunities of study in case of the end of the formal period of study or in case of dismissal because of warnings.
· Applying for canceling a semester.
· Receiving the application of replacement final examinations.
· Applying for transfer from outside the university.
These situations are presented to the academic committee for review.
16. The reservation of departments glass rooms.
17. Scheduling the attendance and the departure of buses during the second semester and final exams with the traffic director at the center.
