· Daily follow-up of the progress of the administrative work in all departments and colleges through the electronic work program, and to ensure smooth and regular flow of work in all departments.
· Follow-up of the comprehensive maintenance works and identification of the requirements to submit them to the Center's administration.
· Setting up of an e-mail to receive and follow up all complaints from students and look for the solutions as well as taking the necessary measures to overcome all problems facing students.
· Identification of the needs of departments to support them electronically with the necessary electronic devices like computers and to follow-up all requirements after verifying that they are actually needed.
· Follow-up the performance of Services and Utilities Department and receive a weekly performance statement.
· Follow-up of reports of the security department.
· Follow up the implementation of circulars issued and received by the Center administration.
· Follow up the implementation of duties and assignments within and outside the Center.
· Follow-up of all emergency cases that require immediate response.
· Identification of the needs of the Center to replace missing and damaged items and submit them to the relevant authorities.
· Identification of training needs for qualification of the female employees and development of competent cadres and to submit the lists of candidates.
· To pay field trips to the colleges and submit all new problems and find solutions.
· Assignment of a female coordinator for the joint supervision program from the Follow up Department to provide all requirements of the program including preparation of the lists and communication with those
willing to join this program.
· Assignment of a female translator from the Department to support the colleges in case of the arrival of any foreign delegation.
· To submit weekly reports about the most interactive colleges and departments.
