Managerial Communication

The Managerial Communications Unit is the administrative liaison between the departments of The Center for Female Science and Medical Studies in Al-Malaz or other university sectors and outside facilities.

The Unit handles the following tasks: 

1- Receiving incoming-mail from various sectors from within and outside the university and forwarding it to the necessary recipients.

2- Making all necessary actions to issue all paper transactions within and outside the Center, in accordance with the instructions of the university.

3- Keeping copies of all incoming and outgoing paper transactions. 

4- Distributing personal staff mail.

5- Attendance and departure signing for contract employees and employees of the central laboratory and research center.

6- Training center and college’s staff on the administrative communications program (MADAR).

7- Replying on inquiries members of the faculty and staff have regarding to the administration transaction.
