Vision :

To be a know-how firm in charge of supervision and implementation of the administrative and academic development in the university, in order to the support all its units to be able to achieve excellence, innovation and global competition.

Mission:


To develop the policies, plans and programs, conduct future studies and extend development services to all units and employees of the university in order to develop the university and achieve its sustained development and continuous improvement in the academic and administrative areas.

Objectives:

 
• To spread of the culture of continuous development and improvement in the university, and to work for making it a part of the culture and identity of the university.

• To contribute to the development and implementation of the Strategic Plan of the University.

• To help the students to develop the skills of innovative education and thinking, and to upgrade their scientific and practical skills.

• To measure and analyse the internal and external efficiency indicators of the educational process in the university and to work for its advancement.

• To develop the necessary systems and mechanisms for achievement of continuous development and evaluation of the curricula and academic and educational programs.

• To provide scientific consultation, develop practical solutions and to conduct research studies that help in the academic and administrative development.

• To develop the administrative and financial performance of the University, through upgrading of the rate of the use of the technical facilities and standardization of work procedures for their simplification.

• To adopt the strategic research and studies concerned with the future planning and development and monitoring of local and regional changes in higher education.

• To work for enhancement of the image of the University and to highlight its
developmental achievements within and outside the Kingdom.
