Workshop on Effective Training

           A workshop on effective training for Preparatory Year (PY) trainers was held recently at the big hall of the Prep Year deanship. The workshop comprised some training topics: skill acquisition and scaffolding. It tackled the education module of self-development in the Prep Year Deanship.

A form was handed out to the trainees to see their proposals for developing the department in the coming academic year. Another form was handed out to gauge the benefits trainers garnered from the workshop.
