KSU, SEC Seek Cooperation

The King Saud  University (KSU) seeks to cement strategic partnership with the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).

Last Monday, the KSU represented by H.E. Professor Dr. Abdullah Al-Osman, the president, along with an entourage of vice-presidents and deans, visited the headquarter of SEC. The entourage met with Eng. Ali Al-Barak, the executive chief, and discussed how to foster a partnership to beef up the academic programs and enlarge the consulting action with the SEC.

In statements, Al-Osman said, "The meeting  fosters cooperation between the company and the KSU. It helps open new horizons of cooperation between the KSU, represented in King Abdullah Institute for Research and Consulting Studies, and the SEC."

The KSU could not succeeded, reaching its objectives without its partners, stressed Al-Osman. He announced that the KSU dedicated a piece of land for the SEC at Riyadh Techno Valley to build a research development centre.
