Course on Academic Development Held in Auckland

      Ministry of Higher Education organized a training course for eighteen faculty members, seven of whom teach in the King Saud University. The course - Academic Developing Leadership – was held in Auckland, New Zealand from February 4 through 15, 2008. 

      The course shed light on a number of topics: academic development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, how to create a new center for academic development, how to hone up skills of faculty members and qualification of newly hired faculty members.

      The Center of Academic Development (CAD) mapped out the planning of academic development leadership designed for the visiting team.
