Physics Nobel Laureate Joins KSU

Professor David Gross, a Nobel Prize winner in physics in 2004, signed a contract with Professor Dr. Abdullah Al-Uthman, rector of King Saud University, to join the university. He was presented a shield by Al-Uthman. He gave a lecture on the future of physics last Monday.

Under the contract, professor Gross shall deliver specialized lectures at the physics department, shall hold workshops; and shall give academic advice to the university, public and private sectors.
