Quintuple Soccer Tournament on Campus

            The King Saud University (KSU) held a quintuple soccer tournament last Ramadan with participation by more than 512 players from various regions in Saudi Arabia. 64 teams were forged from Saudi and non-Saudi players. 10 matches were held a day throughout eight days. The tournament was sponsored by Riyidiah newspaper, the famous sports newspaper in the country.

            In statements, Dr. Fahd al-Musnad, the dean of students, said, “It shows the KSU keenness to perform its mission in the community. It is keen on hosting such tournaments to cement its relations with them community members.”
