Skills development deanship organizes a training program for the faculty members on self development. The program covers five pivots: self development process management; development of interpersonnel skills management; time management development; effective teaching characteristics; and computer literacy development.
“Self development program is organized twice to cover the huge applications received,” said Dr Mohammed Al-Sedairy, dean of skills development deanship. “The first course will be held from March 29th through April 2nd 2008,” he added.
