Not-to-Forget Day
The rights agreement of those with disabilities was run in force on May 3rd, 2008 after being signed by 128 states, 15 of which were Arab. The agreement was accredited by 15 countries, three of which were Arab: Egypt, Tunisia, and Jordan.
The Arab Organization of the Disabled hopes that the rest of Arab countries sign the agreement. It congratulates those with disabilities in the world, in general, and in the Arab region, in particular, on the event. It calls upon the Arab governments and department concerned to put the agreement into action.
