Faculty Members Skills Developed
A training session on developing knowledge for faculty members wound up last week. The session sharpened skills of participants on how to differentiate between visions and missions of projects; how to plan scientifically for the future; how to function in work team; and qualifying the faculty members in postdoctoral phase. It was organized by skills development deanship.
The program was affiliated to the skills development deanship plan to develop skills of faculty members in order to be up to standards of highly-sophisticated academic process. Certificates of acknowledgement were handed out to the participants after end of the session.
