Students Worry over Post-graduation phase.. Why?

As students graduate from high schools, they join a university while astonished of university stage and worried about a different type of studies. However, once they earn university degree, they have the same feeling. They are worried over having good job opportunities, fearing to be jobless.
Tarek Al-Maliky, a junior, at the agriculture engineering, said, “I chose the major myself. I know it is of high demand in the labor market. Yet, some students have bad notions about it, despite that most countries depend on agriculture as a source of income. However, there are some disadvantages: no on-the-job training and no English sessions provided.
Ahamd Al-Esaimy, a sophomore at college of administration science, said, “I selected this college to achieve my aspirations and since it is the current trend in the community. Professional speaking, I received little field training and still need more. Many students are worried after graduation due to the less training and less field sessions.”
Ahmad Naser, English department, college of languages and translation, said, “Once the undergraduates earn the degree, they fear getting jobs since they have no on-the-job training and have no practice. The more students sharpen their skills, the more they find proper job opportunities.”
Conclusions are reached that worry over post-graduation phase could be expelled by receiving more training and gaining more skills. Students should enhance their relations with institutions and companies earlier enough to have no worry over business relations.
