Casanova Performs on Campus!

      H.E. Professor Dr. Abdullah Al-Othman, King Saud University rector, signed an agreement with Professor Jean Laurent Casanova, a famous scientist running the genetics laboratory for infectious diseases at Necker pediatrics hospital.  

      Agreed to be a visiting professor, Casanova joins KSU as a result of the earlier visit to Paris by the delegation of King Saud University led by Al-Othman. The visit also yielded the foundation of a national program based in Riyadh. The program is on genetic discoveries and their basic applications to genetic diseases responsible for immunodeficiency and infectious diseases. The importance of this program lies in the results that would be achieved via the collaboration with numerous bodies on and off-campus.
