Smiles Flashing on-Campus

I wrote a column on King Saud University (KSU) few weeks ago. The column – Smile: You Are at King Saud University – was commented by a reader who called me saying that it was real as many KSU members of staff started to smile thanks to the bustle running on campus.
On the contrary, a female personnel said that the smile lit up the faces of faculty members, and not the personnel. Actually, I was happy for such comments, in addition to some other comments on Riyadh and Al-Jazirah newspapers.
Back the reader, he said that Resalah newspaper did not mirror the smiles flashing on campus, as most photos for people who pulled long faces or do not smile at least. Atop those photos, was the editor-in-chief's himself. I was really shocked for the comment. I went thru the newspaper and found out that it was real. Most photos were still and inconvenient for the positive good news and optimistic articles on the newspaper.
Therefore, I recalled the photographers for an urgent meeting and gave them the instructions to take new photos mirroring the high mood of KSU members of staff.
However, I thought of a question: Were Resalah publish photos of KSU female members of staff partaking in on-campus activities and writing up for Resalah, would photos have been lit up with smiles or not?!
