Anti-Smoking Campaign Launched

      Dentistry department at the military hospital launched a weeklong antismoking campaign, said Mrs. Munira Al-Zair, coordinator of postgraduate final year studies. The event - Leave it Before You Lose Your Life - was organized by a number of postgraduates in the final year of dentistry, she noted. The event was held in coincidence with the international Day of Combating Tobacco, from June 7 thru 11, 2008, she added.

A fair was held in the sidelines of the event and was opened by Lieutenant General Saleh Al-Aqeel, she noted.
