Second Winner Named

Naser Delbahy, a student of College of Engineering, won the prize of "Communicate in My Language!" exhorting students to learn the sign language of people  with disabilities, sponsored by the People with Disabilities page.

            Delbahy won a pearl necklace offered by Ibriz for Jewels. The winner was selected randomly in a lot cast by Dr. Tarek Al-Rais, special education department head, and Samy Al-Dekhail, Sr, editor.
