King Saud University is keen to highlight its interest in environmental aspects, preserving the environment, and fighting pollution by giving priority to environmental awareness activities and sustainability factors for all natural resources. The University aspires to present its constructive role in creating a healthy environment for all its students, employees, and visitors at KSU campus and its various locations. The university has formed a permanent committee that undertakes all matters of sustainability, environmental preservation, and renewable energy. It spreads awareness among employees on all environmental measurements related to pollution, carbon leakage, and encourages green projects and preservation of the university’s natural resources.

- The Deanship of Student Affairs

- Deanship of Scientific Research: Sustainability Research Coordinator (SDG) for the Humanitarian, Scientific and Health Departments
- Interested Students
- Faculty member from relevant departments (science, engineering, agriculture)
- Community Services Unit
- Vice Rector for Projects
- Vice Rector for Planning & Development
