Under the auspices of his Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Othman, KSU rector, the chairman of the NCYS Board of Directors, the NCYS holds a panel discussion titled, "the NCYS future vision", Monday 15/02/1433AH at Latifa meeting hall in Novotel Riyadh Al Anoud discussing three themes: the future vision, mission and goals. His excellency Dr. Nizar AlSalih, the NCYS secretary general explained that the objective  was to review the NCYS current vision, mission and goals in light of the status quo with a futuristic.

This was attended by Board of Directors' members and a number of consultants in the field of youth-related issues.

Starting with the current vision, mission and goals, the three brain storming groups, after thorough discussions within each group and among all the groups, to arrive at  agreed upon future vision, mission and goals. The NCYS board of directors' chairman his Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Othman delivered a speech as a guideline.
